Raising Teen Daughters is a supportive parenting program designed to strengthen the relationship with your t(w)een daughter and improve communication.

It helps you to understand your daughter’s developmental stage from different angles, where we look at empowering and positive parenting approaches, how to implement her cyclic nature into daily life, and where we bring awareness to what our teens’ transformation means for us as parents/caretakers.

The 5-week parenting program is conducted online and consists of:

• 5 x live online group sessions of 90 minutes
• 4 x learning modules with prerecorded video content (20-40 min) and written content as preparation for each group session 
• An online support group (continuous) 
• Q&A time and support during the course
• One 1:1 session with me (Karin Lucia Gisler)

Week 1 - Tuesday, August 13. 2024: Understanding your daughter’s developmental stage
Week 2 - Tuesday, August 20: Understanding the menstrual cycle and how to implement our cyclic nature into the daily life.
Week 3 - Tuesday, August 27: Adjusting parenting approaches 
Week 4 - Tuesday, September 3: Understanding your own struggles
Week 5 - Tuesday, September 24: Integration - There is a 3 week break between week 4 and 5 to allow plenty of integration time.

Karin Lucia Gisler is a qualified youth mentor/worker and a menstrual educator with many years of experience leading circles and programs for young girls, teenagers, and parents. She has a wealth of knowledge to share, cultivated through her upbringing, raising her own kids, and working as a youth mentor.
