I am a qualified counsellor, youth worker, and mentor, and I draw on evidence-based methods from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside a strengths-based, person-centred approach. I also incorporate insights from my work with women’s circles, menstrual education, and holistic modalities such as Australian Bush Flower Essences and Thai massage.
